24.01.2022 Social paddle in Bunbury this Sunday!! Please register your interest on InstaTeam by Thursday so we can organise how many OC6s, OC2 and singles we will need. All craft welcome for those who would like to bring a ski or paddle board. Details regarding loading boats etc. and carpooling will be emailed out on Friday.

19.01.2022 Geographe Outriggers Introductory Course Week 1. The day began with a warm welcome and an insight into the history of outrigger canoeing. The coaches then introduced the boats and basic paddling techniques, followed by a dry land capsize safety drill. The windy, wet weather did little to dampen the enthusiasm of the ten eager novice paddlers who braved the waves to get to the drain. Congratulations to all participants. You all did an amazing job and we look forward to seeing you all again this Saturday.

The first leg will be OC1/V1 the second will be OC2 and the third will be OC6. One racer from the next leg must be on the beach ready to be tagged for the changeover. 03.01.2022 Hi All, Here is the latest update from AOCRA. Fingers crossed we will be back on the water soon albeit under new restrictions. We have had a few members keeping active and paddling the OC1, OC2 (same family), V1 and skis. Stay safe and hope to see you all soon.

02.01.2022 A huge thanks to Wavemasters Outrigger Canoe Club for hosting the social paddle this morning. We were the only OC6 among the singles today. First test run with our new covers as well. Paddled out to the point. Managed to catch a nice wave and hit 30km/h near the cut. Great experience for our young paddlers. Was great to catch up with some old faces too.
