25.01.2022 The Pacific Highway Upgrade is the largest road infrastructure project in Australia. GeoLINK delivers and manages the water monitoring program for the Woolgoolga to Ballina section upgrade. Sam is undertaking water quality monitoring for the newly opened section between Woodburn and Pimlico. Due to the geographical location of our offices, we are able to quickly mobilise our staff and be onsite in a short period of time. This is extremely important for the wet weather surface water monitoring as it needs to be completed within 24-48 hours of the relevant rainfall trigger being exceeded. Well done to our team on their excellent project management skills and checking on the health of our precious waterways.

25.01.2022 It’s not often we publicly sing the praises of our Director, Simon Williams but Simon has been travelling up and down the NSW coast for the last couple of years providing environmental auditing of the highest standard. He was the Environmental Representative for the new Grafton Bridge, several sections of the Woolgoolga to Ballina Pacific Upgrade and the Newcastle Inner City Bypass (Stage 5). Simon certainly knows how to set the bar high! See more of our Environmental Auditing projects in the link below https://geolink.net.au/service/environmental-auditing/

11.01.2022 This little guy is a long-eared bat or more specifically part of theNyctophilus species. They are often termed big-eared bats or long-eared bats, as the length of their ears often greatly exceeds that of the head. Our ecologists have been keeping an eye on these guys as part of on-going surveys for the Woolgoolga to Ballina Pacific Highway upgrade project. For five years, our experienced team has been working on this project and with another section now open to the public, we're getting close to the finish line. Well done team!

01.01.2022 Congratulations to Southern Cross University for securing research funding to transform meat residue into agricultural soil improver. Working in collaboration with one of our long-standing clients, Northern Cooperative Meat Company, the funding is part of the Australian Research Council’s Linkage Projects Scheme. The project brings together academics with industry, government and community organisations to tackle complex problems and fast-track solutions. We look forward to seeing the results.
