22.01.2022 Our views having breakfast yesterday. What a difference 24 hrs make. We are having a quick coffee then and m out cleaning all day and Liz is reply to all messages, texts and calls. It’s going to be a long month, my next day off is Christmas Day, sadly Liz is at work until the 29th.

I miss them beyond words and the quicker we isolate and stop this spreading the better. 17.01.2022 Fab news today, Les was allowed home for 3 hours today, it went really well and can hopefully come home tomorrow. I feel as if the four of us has been to hell and back this week. Im still making him take this week off, much to his disgust. I absolutely am so proud of our boys and how they are coping, Bradley is so supportive, Ben seen the wise guy yesterday. We have two very different boys Im sorry for any inconvenience to anyone who has bookings. Tomorrow is day 1 of his long journey back to being Les Dad and Hubby. I feel as if Ive been a nurse for a million years but learnt more about mental health this week than I have in a lifetime. We are all so thankful for each and every message weve received and all of your support, truly humbling, thanks again x

Our 2019 business rules, unfortunately we loss too much money otherwise and we would need to increase our prices. We are more than happy to accommodate early mornings, later evenings, all weekend etc. We are also happy to reschedule bookings in advance, we to have kids and commitments that change and totally understand. ...Less than 24 hrs cancellation is 50% payment. 12.01.2022 A bit of a heads up for everyone who has holidays booked and left in limbo. We were going to Mauritius next month, thats obviously not going to happen. Weve been receiving emails from the airline for the last 2 months asking us to cancel or change dates as have the resort at a cost to us. I refused to do this as it was not my fault. I was offered $4047 back Im now getting the full $7112 back because its within a month of travel and they cannot provide the service, fees are wavered! A word of advice to anyone in this position stick to your guns dont cancel or panic and change dates you will get everything back! Have a great weekend everyone

08.01.2022 So our Monday morning first world problems! Bradley got here about 8am after nightshift asking his dad to polish his car, btw its immaculate! Ben turns up at the same time the car is beyond disgusting, he is beyond disgusting he needs to be in a bleach bath! He went 4wdriving last night they opened the door to miss a tree and hit it (with the door thats now hanging off, the car is full of mud because they were window deep in mud but didnt think it would come in the car no... words, we absolutely couldnt have getting 2 different boys. 01.01.2022 Good evening, I hope we have now caught up with all of our messages, texts and calls, thank you for your patience it’s truly appreciated. I have had several very abrupt messages as to why we haven’t replied last week. I did post on my page we were on holiday for Liz’s birthday. For 7 years we have replied to all calls when we are on holiday, Christmas Day, birthdays, 5am until 11pm, we truly needed a break. I absolutely try to fit everyone in and try to help my customers, unfortunately we are full for December to the point my 2 sons are helping. My wife works full time shift work and even she’s helping. My rant coming.......I get booked up 12 months in advance this time of year, I’m sorry if I can’t help but I will not put up with rudeness. Many thanks
