Today, we sit down with GEORGE ALLEN who is one of the latest editions to our Sales Team. We loved learning about George and what makes him tick! 1. What do you love most about the Real Estate Industry? I love the different set of skills that is required to be successful in the industry; having to be business minded, organised, driven and yet have impeccable social skills. It is what makes our industry so unique and a joy to be a part of. Also the whole process of acquiring a listing, presenting it and then of course the excitement of home opens and getting the deal over the line. Real Estate is an emotional roller-coaster so savoir the highs and learn from the lows. 2. Tell us about your goals for 2020? To list a number of properties in my first full year! Just as importantly, to learn as much as I can through experiences and listening to my colleagues which will improve my self-development. Continuing to grow my network base substantially as well as my number of clients. Outside of Real Estate, I would like to go from strength to strength with my non-for-profit and finish the construction of our mutant vehicle so we can start having performances on it, promoting local artistic talent as well as supporting other charities at events. Like every year, I would also like to travel to a country I've never been to before. 3. Would you say youre more of an extrovert or an introvert? Definitely an extrovert. Going into finer details, I would say I'm an introverted extrovert, meaning I love being around people and socialising although I do appreciate and value my alone time. Just not too often! 4. Who is your celebrity crush and why? I don't really have a celebrity crush now, but growing up it was Penelope Cruz. Reasons why aren't so surprising, she's an absolute stunner... 5. Whats the career highlight youre most proud of? I'm fairly fresh in the industry so I haven't done anything too prominent worth noting, yet! However I think being a part of The Property Exchange and realising it is the right agency for me; I am surrounded by amazing colleagues who are all fantastic people personally and professionally. I am encouraged to be myself and have remarkable support around me that offer help and guidance whenever possible. It is a privilege to be a part of such a unique agency.
