16.01.2022 I sent out thousands of letters to my constituents, and all letters have already been PAID on 30th Sep / 1st Oct (see receipts below). It was very disappointed that some residents are asked by Australia Post to pay for my letters again. It is quite obvious that post staff forgot to stamp the letters as paid. I have lodged a formal complaint with Australia Post, and I understand they have notified post offices in Clayton South, Clarinda and Dingley Village about this processing error. If you receive my letter with a sticker on it and you have already paid $1.5. You should get a refund by quoting the case no 35877685.
