21.01.2022 It has almost been 12 months since the idea of raising funds for a worthy cause saw a group of friends come together to do something worthwhile. George's Gents Swim set out with an ambitious target of $50K While not quite reaching it, the Gents contributed a significant $36K to Lady Lawley Cottage's ASPIRE Program. George's Gents are truly grateful of all the support they have received and should you wish to support Lady Lawley Cottage, please contact them directly.

19.01.2022 Hi Everyone, As part of our fundraising efforts, we will be selling the George's Gents bathers that the swimmers will be wearing for the Rottnest Channel Swim. So you too can show your support and look like part of the team! :D Cost is $40 per bathers ($5 from each sale will be donated directly to Lady Lawley Cottage) We have to order a minimum of 10 so get your friends together and get some awesome matching bathers! ... 16.01.2022 We are aiming to raise $50K for the awesome Lady Lawley Cottage. The money will be used to purchase new equiptment for their ASPIRED program. We will be swimming the Rottnest Channel Swim on 23 February to raise this money. Our team consist of swimmers Declan Robinson, Louis White, Aaron Shanahan, Matt Carter, paddler Dylan Bedetti and skipper Nic Hill. 13.01.2022 Hi everyone doing a final order of bathers for a 3rd order. We currently have 6 ordered and need 4 more to go through with the order. If you are considering buying a pair please do they are really good and we really appreciate the donations!

12.01.2022 George's Gents were pleased to be able to present Lady Lawley Cottage the funds raised for theASPIRED Programme last week. We were able to raise over $36,000 dollars for the important program that will enrich lives of young people living with disabilities. Thank you to Aoife and Jo from Lady Lawley Cottage for hosting a BBQ for George's Gents. St George's College will still accept donations for the program for the next few weeks.

12.01.2022 Well done to George's Gents! The team completed the race safely and still managing to smile at the end. Many thanks to the support crew , Skipper Nic Hill , paddlers Dylan Bedetti and Hendrik Viljoen for guiding the swimmers across the channel. We have raised an incredible $16000 so far, and hope to be able to donate $20K to Lady Lawley Cottage. It is not too late to donate, so ask your neighbour, ask your work mates, start a collection and help us reach our mark.

10.01.2022 Hello, my name is Dylan Bedetti and I am a 4th year student studying a Masters of Electrical Engineering at The University of Western Australia. I have just finished my final year at St George's College where I was a Residential Advisor (with the difficult task of looking after Louis White ;P ). I grew up in Esperance and am a pretty terrible swimmer, so my contribution to the George's Gents for Lady Lawley team for the Rottnest Channel Swim will be kayaking with the swimmers... to provide close support. I don't kayak often, but I do windsurf a bit so hopefully that will help. Lady Lawley Cottage is an extremely worthy cause to support, if you would like to help contribute, please like and share our Facebook and Instagram pages.
