19.01.2022 Quick no cook meal idea On those nights that you don't have time or can't be bothered cooking, instead of dialing in take-away here is a quick, no cook, just as...semble option. Have some cooked prawns in the fridge from our supplier at QVM - George the fishmonger - we dipped them in Yarra Valley Tartare sauce which was pretty good! Squeeze of lemon on top. Side salad was just some leafy greens, olives, cucumber, green capsicum and some grated cheese, dressed with fresh squeezed lemon and olive oil for good fats. Thanks Berries Corner for the greens! Next time I would probably have some fresh buttered Noisette Olive loaf included on the side from our suppliers M&G Caiafa. If you haven't tried a Noisette loaf of bread - put it on your list of things to add to your cart. A very healthy meal if you like seafood and no prep - just assemble.
