25.01.2022 Cover girl ready set gorgeous Today I decided to test a foundation I was in love with a few years ago. Apparently my taste has changed. It’s still very nice don’t get me wrong but not my favourite anymore let me explain why. As soon as I put it on I could notice it seperate on my upper lip and between my eyebrows (the common places aha). It also started to cling to any dry patches on my face despite using moisturiser beforehand. These photos are after 10 hours of wear and I ...admit it’s not too bad for that long. I think for dry skin in winter this isn’t going to be a go to. I did need to do two layers to build it up to this coverage and in my opinion that’s why it went cakey in areas. But without layering it is low coverage and almost a little patchy to begin with. Overall if your after light coverage to use on your normal to oily skin this one could be worth a try. See more

09.01.2022 Vitamins for skin health I’m sure you’ve seen that skin and hair vitamins are a big thing right now. Every brand is bringing out there own with the hefty price tag no one wants to pay. For most of us we see the name and think yes I want all of that, I’ll invest. But do many of us bother to actually investigate what each of these ingredients/ vitamins do for our skin. Well I did Now I was going to show you a photo of the one I have at home, until I remembered it made me so... sick I threw it in the bin. After this is decided to look into the ingredients. Vitamin D In relation to the skin, vitamin D helps correct uneven skin tone. This can normally be easily done without vitamins, it is suggested you get 10 minutes sun exposure a day, eating fortified foods (such as cereal, orange juice and yogurt), or eating fish (such as salmon, tuna and cod) Stay tuned for more information on the other vitamins with skin benefits (we have a few to go )

08.01.2022 Natio Stick Foundation. Beautiful beautiful foundation especially if you have dry skin like me. I do find it does get a little oily after wearing for a long person of time so setting powder is necessary. This one is also really popular with older skin as it has nourishing ingredients to benefit your skin. Unfortunately it only comes in 3 shades which is totally not okay in today’s society. I have swatched all three shades and there’s no filter to show the true colour. 03.01.2022 Flower beauty light illusion A beautiful satin finish with medium coverage that last all day. This foundation has always been one of my favourite since it was released and I still enjoy it today, but I now find that I need to set the foundation down just a little bit as it can get a bit oily if left alone. It did seperate a little on my upper lip as you can see in the photo below. But overall this is a beautiful foundation at a very affordable price and defiantly worth giving it a try.
