23.01.2022 Hi all Unfortunately I had a little accident at the weekend, so there won’t be any recipe, or Thermomix Cookidoo post for a bit. I will say another massive benefit of the TM6, is my 13 year old daughter will be doing all the cooking and baking for us, as it is so quick and easy for her to use, it will not impact her school and social life playing cook of the house for a few weeks

22.01.2022 Tried these burgers out last night for dinner (without the bun, as their not gluten free) Everyone loved them, so yummy and healthy. Even the meat eater of the house was impressed

16.01.2022 Thought I’d give condensed milk a go in the TM6 today, as I know everyone raves about it and omg it is Amazing! yum yum yum. Next I shall give a dairy free recipe a go

15.01.2022 Just converted this healthy, super easy and quick recipe to Thermomix. Gluten, dairy and sugar free. Japanese Cabbage pancakes (okonomiyaki) Great way to use up cabbage so yummy Makes 6 Add to bowl ... 480g cabbage, speed 4/ 15 seconds, set aside in a separate bowl. Add to bowl 260g buckwheat flour 50g gluten free corn flour 2 eggs Speed 1.5/ 25 seconds scrape down sides Speed 5/ 5 seconds Add to bowl Reserved cabbage and 1 tsp ginger paste Speed 3.5/ 10 seconds Place in frying pan 1/6 of the mix approximately 1cm thick, cook for 5 minutes each side and serve with desired topping See more

14.01.2022 As my eldest daughter has now become vegetarian and is also gluten free, I’ve been looking for easy tasty dishes, that are meat free. This was an absolute winner last night, think we all preferred it to our normal pork or chicken tacos. If you have Cookidoo, I definitely recommend trying it out
