23.01.2022 You SLAYED Today!. This is what I’m telling myself right now. I ticked it ALL off the list today .... Do you ever think about how freaking amazing you actually are?? All those little things you’ve achieved throughout your day? Seriously though, it’s super easy to get to the end of your day and berate yourself for the things left undone, but how’s that working for ya? How good would it feel if someone said to you at the end of the day, ‘You did amazing today! Getting the kids to and from school, making lunches, doing that 3 loads of washing, all while getting your work done at home, and you managed to go get your hair done, oh and pick up dinner from the shops!’ . Well, I don’t know about you but no one has never noticed ALL the micro things I do each day, not that my family doesn’t appreciate me, but we all have our own lives right?? So what if we did it for ourselves, try telling yourself how amazing you are for the things you did, ‘I’m so proud of making time for myself today!’, ‘I accomplished so much at work today!’, ‘I’m such a legend for getting the house clean!, whatever it is. So here’s your chance to blow your own TRUMPET Tell me below something you’ve accomplished today . Let’s celebrate ourselves!!

21.01.2022 Check your expectations Mumma! Are you finding you consistently don’t live up to what you think you should be? Check in with what your expectations of yourself are and just how realistic they really are.... If we are setting our expectations to unrealistic heights of how we should show up then we will be constantly feeling as though we missed the mark. Feeling defeated and deflated. Just because you’re capable of doing ALL the things doesn’t mean you should always be doing all the things. Are you setting yourself up for wins or defeat? Tag a friend who needs to hear this today .

18.01.2022 Who’s mothering you? How good do you think it feels for our kids to be tucked in to bed with a comfy rug, or have a bath run for them, or made a hot chocolate on a cold night?. I bet you’ve been an amazing mum to your kids, making sure they feel loved, cared for, comfortable and happy.... But who’s doing that for you? It’s time to start mothering yourself! Tune into what you need, and look after YOU! What would the ultimate version of this be for you? Tell me below . I love Yin Yoga with fluffy rugs and pillows in my comfiest clothes, or tucked up on the couch with music and a cuppa .



18.01.2022 On our walk today, Sienna said there are prickles everywhere on the path, she continues to walk with her head down looking for more, look mum there’s prickles everywhere it’s so annoying! I asked her if she could notice 5 beautiful things, so she did, and so did Lilly & I. She asked why I asked her to do that, so I explained you can keep your head down this whole walk and notice all the prickles or you can look up and notice the sky and the birds.... We then spent the rest of the walk playing what’s your favourite, suggested by Sienna, where you ask what’s your favourite... flower for example and everyone says what their favourite flower is. The girls love this game. Safe to say our focus was well and truly shifted. It’s an important lesson for all of us. Where are you placing your focus?

Don’t dull yourself down because you feel you’re not worthy, You deserve your place here.... Don’t dull yourself down because you fear what others may think, because showing up authentically attracts the right people to you. When you show up in your authentic self and don’t shy away from letting your soul shine, you give others the strength to show up fully as themselves. Tag someone who needs to hear this today! .

14.01.2022 What do you actually want from your life? When you think of making goals or a vision board, what sorts of things are there? They may not be as clear cut as you think. Let’s say you want to call in a new Range Rover, awesome .... Now answer me this... Why? Why do you want a Range Rover? My guess is it isn’t just because it looks pretty. When we are reaching for goals, we often aren’t actually really aware of what’s behind it. Let’s take the Range Rover for example. My bet is it’s more about wanting to feel abundant, important, worthy, special, the list could go on. You see it’s generally not the outcome that we are actually after it’s the feeling that will bring. Are you still with me? If you are looking to buy a Range Rover because it will make you feel more abundant, because you have linked the idea of owning one with being abundant, then you buy it and perhaps can’t afford the insurances or repayments, then odds are you won’t actually feel that abundance. Things won’t make you feel better within you, reaching a goal won’t make you feel more loved or worthy, that stuff comes from within, it comes first. Look around you you, at the clothes you own, the seat your sitting in, the family and friends. This can be abundance, you can have that feeling now, by simply becoming truly grateful for where you are at. Now don’t get me wrong here for reaching goals Hell yes!! BUT we gotta go deeper first, otherwise it’ll never be enough. So have a look at what it is you really want in life, and why you want it. I’d love to hear below. What are your goals right now??

12.01.2022 . Take a Breath. . This simple practice can change your day. The way I like to do it is breathe into the belly until I can’t take any more air, hold for around 5 counts and breaths out slowly through the mouth until there’s nothing left. Repeat 5 times. .... Try this each day and see how much calmer you feel. It’s the simple small changes we can make that often have the biggest effect on us. . See more

09.01.2022 Being a mum is the hardest thing I’ve done. So many pressures, feeling pulled in multiple directions, always thinking of everyone’s safety and well-being, being climbed on and talked to constantly. My kids are amazing but it gets too much sometimes. ... My head needs a break, when I’m losing my cool, and the slightest question or fight between them tips me over the edge. Three kids in, and training as a life coach, I’ve come to a place where I can look at things differently. Do I still lose my cool? Yes! But, it’s not like before, not as often, and now I know when I do, I need to take action, and I know which action to take, I’m no longer helpless in it. For me it’s a combination of challenging my thoughts and self talk, deep belly breathing, space to myself, exercise, meditation, nature and music to name a few. I’ve made it my mission as a life coach to help other mums who are overwhelmed, stressed and feeling beaten by life, to come back to themselves, to enjoy life again, to feel calmer in the storm that can be motherhood. 04.01.2022 The power of making a decision. Making a decision can be the most powerful thing you can do to create change in your life. A decision can change your mindset and your level of motivation and get you pumped for a new beginning.... When we go about creating change in our lives, we start by thinking of the things that we would like to change, we often hang out here in this thinking phase for awhile. Then comes the decision. It’s the time when we make our minds up. The time when we decide enough is enough. The time when we decide we can’t keep going the way things are. The trick is to keep making these decisions, day after day, week after week. Which ultimately leads us to our goals. In this time, you will face your negative beliefs, that feel like truths, and you will waiver and wonder if you should quit or if your goal is just not meant for you. #this is when you most need the support of a coach, your coach is on your side, like a cheerleader, helping you keep your motivation high, helping you break through your negative beliefs and reminding you of the version of yourself who is ready for change. 03.01.2022 Allowing yourself to FEEL If you’re not feeling 100% in your mind today. I urge you to read on. Having so called ‘negative’ feelings is not bad. Your body is speaking to you. ... What’s it saying? Do you know? Or are you busy ignoring yourself and scrolling socials or drinking wine to bury the feelings that might arise if you tuned in. Do yourself a favour and take a little minute for yourself to connect and breathe. Where do you feel this feeling in your body, what does it feel like? Breathe into this space and allow it to emerge. Show yourself love and compassion for what comes up and let it cone out. Let the tears fall if that’s what’s needed. We are so afraid of feeling our feelings that we keep stuffing them down and they keep on building because we aren’t taking that time to allow them to emerge. Once you allow it, it can move through you. Give it a try and let me know how you go.

01.01.2022 . Creating a spiritual practice. . I believe strongly that to stay connected to our highest version of ourselves that we must have in place some form of spiritual practice. .... To me, a spiritual practice looks like, meditation, sitting in silence in nature, journaling, using essential oils however it can look like many other things also. The core of it is to calm the mind and connect to yourself, to allow space for your higher self to shine. . When we create space in our lives to get quiet and step back from pushing forwards and we listen to what comes up we can have some truly amazing breakthroughs. If not breakthroughs we at least get to unwind from the craziness of modern life. . When I work with my clients I look at spiritual practice alongside practical steps to achieve their goals.
