22.01.2022 How damn good is it going to feel when we can do this again. How good. Missing hugs, drinks with friends, photographing weddings; all the good stuff. But I'm still doing a bit of editing, starting new and exciting projects and keeping social.

20.01.2022 IT'SSS LIVE! During ISO; I not only attempted a variety of craft projects (some wildly more successful than others) I also completely re-did my website! 18.01.2022 One thing that this has all reinforced is how important family, friends and connections are. God I miss mine; I'm so greatful for my partner and lovely housemates keeping me sane-ish at the moment. Like everyone in Melbourne; I simply can't wait until I can go hug my Mum and Dad and tell them how much I love them. I know that none of us will ever take that for granted again. I've been slack on posting recently... Really, really slack. Everything has kinda been a little on th...e overwhelming side and I've wanted to burry my head in the sand and pretend it's all okay. Sorry if anyone has had to wait longer for an email response than normal. I'm really trying. But perhaps been feeling a bit more fragile than I've wanted to admit. Everyone has had overwhelming challenges this year; mines been watching my business go down to 0. I potentially have one wedding this year that hasn't postponed; god I miss them; I simply cannot wait until I can start shooting again; until we can all have fun times on the dance floor, heartfelt speeches and celebrating. Tears at touching ceremonies. Arms around each other screaming horses at some silly hour in the night when the band is trying to get everyone off the dancefloor after four "one more song" chants. I miss it; everyone does. But we will pull through; we've got this far and it feels close and tangible now. Here's to hugging the people we love sometime really soon.

02.01.2022 I spent the last little while in New Zealand attending a fabulous @baylymoore workshop. Never did I think I'd get an opportunity to photograph incredible people on a VOLCANO in NZ. I was pinching myself, and so very very inspired. As a creative it's extremely easy to start feeling a bit down on your work, like it will never be good enough. The conversations at this workshop really re-lit the fire and got me excited for the season ahead. Huge thanks to @baylysophie @sasmoore for organising and running one of the most memorable workshops I'm sure I'll ever attend.
