06.01.2022 Last night I went to the Bibra Lake Residents association meeting where we had Gail from City of Cockburn and Terry the architect to talk through this new centre. They have all worked so hard on this project to ensuring they met with Elders and Aboriginal Communities to discuss this project and a key element that was mentioned was that they wanted the building to have lots of circles and include a fire pit for tradtional story telling. This centre will provide new job oppor...tunities for the community. Everything from the cafe to the studio will have Aboriginal treats to hand made crafts. The centre will also have walking tracks linked to the centre for guest to go see the native flora and fauna. What are your thoughts on this centre ?
