14.01.2022 The Gepps Cross Women’s Football Club was established in 2019, however has come a long way in that short amount of time. We have a loyal core playing group who are always accepting of anyone who wants join our team. This allows more opportunities for members of our community to enjoy themselves socially, and also gain a new level of skill and fitness. ... It is important that everyone seek out friends, work-mates, family members, former team-mates and anyone else who may be interested in playing at our great club in 2021. Our Pre Season will commence Tuesday 12th January at 6pm. Please come prepared for all types of ball work and training skills. (BYO Drink Bottle) This will run every Tuesday/Thursday until the season commencement. (TBA) Our main priorities will be as follows; Prepare our AdFLW Division 4 side for a successful and enjoyable season ahead. Always welcoming new players and or the next generation of player coming up from the junior grades. Continue improving the football skills and game knowledge of our playing group, inc once weekly internal trial games (numbers permitting). Building upon the culture that our coach and playing group have created in the last season. Johnno sends his best wishes for the rest of the year, also a Merry Christmas and looks forward to an amazing season in 2021. 12.01.2022 Another great coaching announcement for the RAMS in 2021. Shaun Flanagan has been reappointed as the Reserves coach. He will tell you straight up, he doesn’t like losing. What he does like is hard work, dedication and effort, but most of all our club. ... We could all learn a lot from his pre game speeches! Looking forward to another great season!

11.01.2022 Women’s Footy Training resumes on the 12th January at 6pm, and will continue each Tuesday and Thursday until the season commences (date to be advised). 11.01.2022 We’ve been a little quiet of late, that doesn’t mean we haven’t been working hard behind the scenes to get the season started off on the right foot! The AGM was held and it was great to see a larger turn out than usual. Thank you to the committee of last year and much apprection to the new and returning members this year. ... 01.01.2022 The good news just keeps on coming at Gepps! It’s with great pleasure that we announce Simon Johnson has been reappointed as coach of our Women’s Team in 2021. The love he has for his side and the culture he created amongst the team is inspiring to everyone. ... He comes with plethora of experience on and off the field, and still umpiring when he’s not in his coaching role. The skills he has bought to the team thus far have been invaluable, and It’s safe to say they really loved having him this season. Exciting times ahead ladies! Pre season training dates will be out soon!
