23.01.2022 It’s amazing, as your babies grows you want them to move to the next milestone, crawling... walking... talking. It’s wonderful to watch them grow. It’s also amazing what you see that just isn’t safe! I’m not saying be a helicopter parent, but I was once told in the hospital about the toddler that drank washing up liquid because granddad put it in dishes under the furniture to stop termites!!!... Toddler was fine, but really??? What’s your story?
23.01.2022 Add them to everything! Use for dips, lunchboxes & snacks! There’re are some yummy baby carrots in the shops at the moment. There’s carrot & coriander soup if you’re cold! Such a versatile vegetable... and pretty well accepted by the whole family!
21.01.2022 Food can be both fuel and therapy... but what sort of therapy is the question we need to ask ourselves. Are we using it as a crouch or as a tool for health and longevity. 13.01.2022 I notice this. Do you? If I’m travelling I often feel bloated because not only am I eating different foods. I’m also eating more processed foods. ... I love being able to buy fresh unprocessed foods that I can throw together to make a nutritious and delicious meal. (Ps. 10.01.2022 Papaya smells like vomit to me!! sorry. Just got to tell the truth! However... it’s got the highest vitamin C level of any fruit! Next is kiwi fruit I like them! What about you? Do you like papaya?

09.01.2022 I love celery at the moment, it’s so crisp and delicious! I bought a huge bunch on Saturday and couldn’t believe how much has already been eaten! Been dipping it in hummus and been a bit naughty and it’s delicious with blue cheese spread on it!

07.01.2022 Ginger is one of my favourite herbs. I encourage all my clients to drink ginger tea. Have you tried root ginger tea? Just buy the fresh root, slice about a teaspoon into a cup and pour on boiling water! ... Not hard, yet so good for you. Helps with circulation, warming, mobilising and getting the metabolism active. I often add the root to my green tea to keep it interesting & mix it up a bit.

Salad greens, kale and spinach are rich in vitamins A, C, E and K, and broccoli, bok choy and mustard are also rich in many of the B-vitamins. These vegetables also contain an abundance of carotenoids-antioxidants that protect cells. They also contain high levels of fiber, iron, magnesium, potassium and calcium.
