22.01.2022 Twisted Dragon Pose This is one of my favorite poses, practiced in conjunction with a good diet it helps to maintain a healthy gut. If the stomach is out of balance then it will fail to breakdown food properly, this can cause the gut to stress leading to poor digestion, bloating and inflammation. Namaste

Practice your sun salutation to get the energy flowing, add some spinal twists to wring out any congestion. Turn yourself upside down or put your legs up in the air to drain fluid from the legs and pelvis. Take time to outside and smell the fresh air. Namaste
