22.01.2022 Twisted Dragon Pose This is one of my favorite poses, practiced in conjunction with a good diet it helps to maintain a healthy gut. If the stomach is out of balance then it will fail to breakdown food properly, this can cause the gut to stress leading to poor digestion, bloating and inflammation. Namaste

15.01.2022 Spring is a lovely time to reinvigorate your Yoga practice. When spring is in the air we instinctively feel a longing to venture outside, eat lighter, and become more active. Practice your sun salutation to get the energy flowing, add some spinal twists to wring out any congestion. Turn yourself upside down or put your legs up in the air to drain fluid from the legs and pelvis. Take time to outside and smell the fresh air. Namaste

05.01.2022 Keeping happy and healthy in the cold winter months by doing these few things. Keep the soles of your feet and lower back warm. Eat hydrating, warming foods like soups. Take long warm epsom salt baths. Drink plenty of water.... Practice yoga, meditation and do lots of walking. Namaste
