15.01.2022 R U OK At our unit, we are always checking in with each other and making sure our team mates are ok! It’s vitally important to keep an eye on, not only our personal mental health, but for the members around us too! ... We are provided with excellent information and training to help us deal with any callout we attend or anything we are going through. You may be interested to know that this is also extended to friends and families around us who may be concerned for our welfare! Stay safe anyone!

If you want to join the exciting world of volunteers, let us know and we can find a spot for you.
