Once you have found a property you like select BOOK INSPECTION and complete the online booking. Completely this correctly and fully will ensure you are notified of the next inspection time for that property. STEP TWO: Respond to the SMS by confirming you will be attending the inspection at the given day/time and then attend. Please note if you do not reply to the SMS it will be assumed you cannot make the inspection. Also, it's important to be aware you cannot apply for a property without first inspecting it *Facetime viewings are available for those not currently residing in Geraldton. STEP THREE: Fill out an application form which we can email to you. Please note an application MUST BE COMPLETED IN FULL, correctly and with all information required to be accepted at Step 4 and onwards.
