25.01.2022 Hi Rovers Members The junior soccer season is set to kickoff on Sunday 26th July. When fixtures become available they will be posted on the Geraldton Rovers Soccer Club facebook page and emailed to all registered players. Consequently it's time to pay registration fees. As this year is a shorter season the fees have been reduced to: ... U6 - $130 U8 - $130 U10 - $130 U12 - $160 U14 - $160 U16 - $160 Fees can be paid in person by cash/eftpos at the Rovers clubhouse or by direct deposit into the new Geraldton Rovers Soccer Club bank account using the following details. Geraldton Rovers Soccer Club Statement Account BSB: 633 000 ACC: 171 020 159 Please reference you child's name when paying by direct deposit. If you are paying fees using a kidsport voucher please message the facebook page or reply to this email with the activation code. Due to the delayed start of the season the vouchers may have expired, if so can you please apply for another and send the activation code. If you have already paid your fees in full back in March, the club will contact you to arrange a refund of the difference in the fees. 20.01.2022 Hi all Rovers Junior Members. Tomorrow's game is the last game of the 2020 season. Good luck and I hope you all finish with a win. Please remember to bring a change of clothes as your coach will need to collect all the new playing kit (shirts and shorts). Plus the Geraldton Rovers Soccer Club junior Windup will be held on Sunday the 11th October from 10am too 1pm at the Alexander Park Clubrooms. There will be plenty of food, trophies, bouncy castles and heaps more to keep the kids entertained. I look forward to seeing everyone at the windup for an enjoyable end to the junior season.

We will be handing out players strips with socks (fingers crossed they arrive soon) along with the other gear, announcing the official team per age group and captains for each team. 18.01.2022 Good afternoon Clubs Football West 2020 Country Week Tournament is on 28/9/2020 - 2/10/2020. GJSA are looking for expressions of interest for teams in the following divisions : U11, U13, U15, U17 Boys and U12, U14, U17 Girls. GJSA will only send one team per division so a trial is likely which will be announced in due time. This EOI is to evaluate if we have the interest of players and families to send teams. ... Important things to take into consideration * No Camp option will be offered. * Change of venue for the tournament to Yokine Reserve, Yokine (Wordsworth Avenue) * A nominal fee (likely to be around $70) will be charged. This goes towards the cost of socks, first aid supplies, uniform use and coaches expenses. * Bag, tracksuit, polo and hoodie will be sold at an additional cost. Although there will not be a supervised camp, if families require accommodation, Swan Valley Adventure Centre can offer dorm style accommodation with shared bathrooms with breakfast and dinner for around $500/person for the week (Sunday to Friday). All children must be supervised by a nominated caregiver and must not be left unsupervised at any time. I will confirm this price asap for those who would like accommodation. 16.01.2022 The GJSA board thank you for working with us to get through this season. This weekend marks the last game of our season. GJSA will be providing a small windup for participants after their match. Please see below for the details for each age group. Those team who have byes we will ensure you receive your medals and/or refreshments. U6 U12... At the completion of your fixtured game please come with your team and your coach to the shelter on the north eastern side of the main pitch. All players will receive a participation medal, juice box, small pkt of chips and fruit. Coaches please ensure your team is with you in an orderly manner. U14 U16 At the completion of your fixtured game please come with your team and your coach to the shelter on the north eastern side of the main pitch. All players will receive a juice box, small pkt of chips and fruit. Coaches please ensure your team is with you in an orderly manner. There will be a presentation of Premiership Cups/medals, runner up medals and fairest and best awards for both age group after the last U16 game. Approximately 2.15pm. All activities are designed around boys and girls having fun, learning new skills and making friends. The first session commences on Saturday 7 November 2020 at 9.00am on E Green at the Wonthella Bowling Club. E Green is located at the back of the Bowling Club and is the green that has netting all the way around it.
