This problem is due to freight congestion, from sea freight through to local couriers and affects a large number of brands and products. If you pre-ordered a bike through us and it was due before Xmas, there’s a reasonable chance it will be delayed till early January. ... We started this shop with nothing and have continued to improve the shopping experience week by week. Both models can be set up as a flat out race bike however the Roadmachine offers up to 33mm tyre clearance, has a slacker head tube, longer wheelbase and is a little more compliant. Great if you’re looking for a race bike and/or enjoy endurance riding or need a bit more comfort. ... 04.01.2022 Hi folks. We are super grateful for the support during this crazy COVID period and it’s great to see so many people out riding. Our little store has seen over 5000 customers in the last few months and we’ve burnt ourselves out. Now with a global bike shortage we have a tough 12 months ahead and a little break is needed to recharge and reset. We’ll be closed from Sunday 23rd August to Sunday 30th August. With the design stemming from the Teamelite mountain bike rather than coming from a road bike we have a different take on how to deign a gravel bike. A big point of difference is the MTT elastomer at the top of the seat stays offering 10mm of travel. ... Geometry is a little more on the mountain bike side of things with a slack head tube. Frame is typical BMC loveliness, neat, tidy and great use of angles.
