This means we can solve a problem in a fraction of the time it would normally take without the help of this wonderful equipment.

09.01.2022 What a great refit job by Dongara Marine Pty Ltd on the "Adrianus" Oil and Gas vessel for Bass Marine. Equipped with a complete new suite of navigation electronics, communications and vessel monitoring equipment. At the heart of the navigation system is Timezero Professional PC based plotting software with the Furuno DRS25A X-Class radar networked into Timezero for radar overlay. For echo sounding she features the tried and proven Furuno FCV-1150 with Heave and P/Roll compens...ation data (of course) supplied by a Furuno SCX-21 Quad Antenna Satellite Compass which also provides accurate and high speed position and heading data to the Timezero computer. As it is becoming more and more essential for new builds and refits we have also supplied and equipped the Adrianus with a Maretron system providing tank level and electrical supply monitoring, high level and open door alarms and digital switching. All interfaced to a single touch screen display to safely and conveniently monitor and control parts of the vessel. Steering is toggled by Simrad Joysticks and FU80 controllers at the port, starboard and rear helm of the vessel and autopilot is available via the Simrad AP70. Additionally the vessel features an 11 camera CCTV system, satellite TV, loudhailer/intercom system, satellite phone and Cel-Fi Mobile phone booster.

Maretron is becoming an integral part of our commercial/government refits and new builds where accurate vessel monitoring and control capabilities are all integrated into a single touch screen display.
