22.01.2022 ATHLETICS WEST | 2020 WA STATE ALL SCHOOLS TEAM ANNOUNCED Year 8 student Nevaeh Hill, pictured here with her Champion Girl trophy from our 2020 Athletics Carnival, recently represented GSHS at the Athletics West, WA All Schools Championship. She competed in the U/16’s 200m hurdles where she finished with a bronze medal. From her strong performance she also gained selection into the WA State Team for the Australian All Schools Championship. Congratulations Nevaeh! Fantastic work and good luck at the #gofor2and5 Track and Field Program to be held in January 2021.

17.01.2022 On Saturday evening our Year 12 students were finally able to celebrate their Year 12 Ball. A large crowd of family and friends were witness to the girls looking elegant in their beautiful gowns and the boys very handsome in their suits as they graced the red carpet. The transformation of our school gym was a testament to the hard work of the Ball Committee and was very fitting for this years theme 'A Night with the Stars' . 14.01.2022 GERALDTON CLONTARF ACADEMY | It was great to welcome the year 6 students from our feeder schools, who will become our 2021 Year 7 Clontarf Academy group, to their Transition day today. They learnt about 'Clontarf Values' and what Clontarf 'looks like', they did some goal setting and shared a little about themselves to the group, had an amazing morning tea, met Mr Kelly and of course played some footy!

If you haven't already, do yourself a favour, and pop down and have a look see. Featured here are artworks from GSHS students Patrick McGowan and Cara Jones and our senior music quartet of Kya, Angelina, Anneka and Holly who provided some wonderful light contemporary music for the occasion. 07.01.2022 SEN CAMP FUN | The upper school SEN students accompanied by Ms Tioke had a fun filled overnight camp in Dongara last week. They stayed at the Big 4 Caravan Park and kept very busy playing cricket and going for long walks on the beach, and their visit to the Dongara Activity Park was enjoyed by all.
