Especially considering the total floor space of the room was less 3.8 square metres, they certianly picked a fantastic selection for the space with the help of Geraldton Ceramics. Id also like to mention, the owner did all the prep work for this one and its something we do everyday so we know how tuff it can be, it was definately a 10/10 for prep, well done!!!

For any of my ...privileged friends or followers who are unaware of their statues, circumstances or todays societal climate and the importance of speaking up, drawing attention to or spreading the message for equality. When and If you watch the video of #GeorgeFloyd. Know this, what youre watching is not just a negligible or careless act. What youre watching is systemic dehumanization of a specific racial group, its a pattern, its been a pattern.. which makes it a HUGE PROBLEM what we are witnessing at scale is a hidden default (Bias) that has existed within our culture since the 1860s. Hidden defaults set the context for us. An unseen influnce on our behavior. They are subtle nudges that guide our behavior. The modern world is full of these hidden defaults. The viral video of George Floyd is not subtle, it is the occurrence of many subtle actions to lead that officer to disregard another human being of a very basic right.. to be treated as a HUMAN. #icantbreathe Hidden defaults are challenging to change. Phrases like this is "how things are done" or "How it is", its whats deemed as normal. Decisions are made for us by someone or something else. These hidden defaults even determine what we precieve as fact. We think we make decisions based on objective truth. But all of us follow norms and defaults set by cultural narratives we live within. The biggest challenge in hidden defaults is that they perpetuate the ideology of how things are is how they should be. Because of the hidden default of structural racism, its normalized the treatment of Black, brown and overall those with darker skin tones to unfair and dehumanizing punishments. YOU REINFORCE THIS TREATMENT BY AVOIDANCE OR IGNORING THE VIRAL VIDEOS. If its a systemic issue.. that means as a society (whole) we must stand together to show that structural rascism (Hidden Default) is not okay. Watch the video above, understand that nothing you did, earned you your privilege. More importantly understand that privilege is not a pass to treat any human less then human. HEAR ME, THIS IS NOT OUTRAGE TO RECEIVE PITTY, THIS IS SOLIDARITY TO RECEIVE POSITIVE HUMAN RIGHTS FOR ALL OUR BROTHERS AND SISTERS. THIS IS STANDING UP FOR THE ATROCIOUS ACTS OF INJUSTICE. #teamhuman You are not better or less then based off the color of your skin. You did not choose what family, commutinty, social class or country you were born in. Dehumanization is a structural dysfunction and must be eradicated. Structural racism exists. Its concrete. Its objective. If you have privilege and a platform, silence is a vote of the world you wish to see. SPEAK UP. *P.S. If you have never been treated less then. Harassed by police officers. Been undermined or demeaned. Talked at in an inferior tonality. Received hate speech due to the color of your skin. Or experienced structural racism. YOUR OPINION ON HOW THIS SHOULD HAPPEN will be assessed accordingly. Watch the video gain awareness around this problem, you cannot change what youre not aware of.. BRING LIGHT TO THIS HIDDEN DEFAULT and speak up.. share the injustice or it will never change
