22.01.2022 I’m always excited when I’ve got something NEW to offer and even more when I’m super happy with what I’ve produced PIZZA KITS are almost ready for pick up. ... Everyone that has order feel free to come anytime after 2pm I’m home all day (eating pizza myself of course ) I do have 3 pizza kits left so if anyone hasn’t sorted dinner yet... you’re welcome $7.50 each It’s fresh dough (made with sourdough) & delicious fresh tomato sauce with garlic & herbs IT’S NOT MY RUBBISH, BUT IT IS MY PLANET If you can, please bring your own carry bag so I’m not wasting any more packaging than I really have to. Being environmentally friendly plays a big part in my household and of course my busines BAKING INSTRUCTIONS Please keep your dough in the fridge (it will explode otherwise ) 1 hour before you wanna eat, take it out and leave it at room temperature then roll out with a rolling pin or just stretch it to your preferred size (stretching means you keep more of those lovely air pockets intact) now let it rest for another 10-15 minutes time to get creative and put on the tomato sauce and all your favorite topping bake in a very hot oven, 250 degrees, if your oven can do more, go for it! pizza stones are great (make sure they are pre heated and put on your already stretched/rolled out dough and then the toppings ) enjoy your GBQ pizza after about 10 minutes (maybe less so keep an eye on it! Don’t you dare calling me telling me you burned your pizza and you want your money back ) Have a great Sunday oh and please post your pizza photos as comments below GBQ

13.01.2022 If I don’t bake I do this Had awesome day and celebrated our 10th place in style with an espresso martini after I smashed my nose and ripped my hands but I did get a 67kg PB clean And of course everyone love their pretzels and cake ... Back to normal GBQ business tomorrow GBQ
