21.01.2022 I was reliably informed by a colleague today that I could comfortably pull off the classic belted sweater, much like this gentleman. I'm still not sure.

21.01.2022 Checking out "Heavy Artillery", the new exhibition at White Rabbit Gallery. Themed around ideas of monumentalism, it features sculpture - including a giant deflated leather tank made from approx. 150 cows (I asked) - photography, painting and some extraordinary video. After viewing, sit down for the dumplings and Chinese beer - they're compulsory.

18.01.2022 Showing solidarity for France and Turkey by opening a bottle of pastis and drinking from a raki glass.

14.01.2022 Easily the best bookstore in Downtown LA (even stocked one of our titles). Picked up Mikhail Gilmore's "Shot in the Heart", but was most tempted by the signed copy of Burroughs "Naked Lunch", although the price was just a little too step.

03.01.2022 Keeping it local and neighbourly at the Continental Deli. Dined upstairs then repaired below for more wine, cocktails and complimentary Amaro (thanks guys).
