23.01.2022 2021 Elliott's Guitars First Grade Men Signing Josh "Woodsy" Woods, this will be his third season at the Breakers and Woodsy wouldn't have it any other way. Gifted with outstanding technique and a great understanding of the game and our system. Woodsy has prospered at the Breakers. He had a great 2020 season playing in a variety of positions, culminating in a faultless grand final game playing at right back. With another solid preseason under his belt look forward to woodsy stepping it up yet another notch in 2021

13.01.2022 Boys U18 and 16 Trials this Friday Any young players in the region looking to play for a family club building to big things are invited to register their interest with our FFA Youth C Licensed Coach, Ben Osgood on 0412683072. The Breakers have been building a first grade core of players 25 yo and under with a few experienced mentors that have played at a very high level. The clear aim is to join this cohort with the 18s and 16s players over the next few seasons to take... the club to the IPL along with the rest of the Breakers generations coming though. First Grade Coach Andy Lockard has a clear objective to continue working with the junior teams and build a squad for the future. He has an outstanding ability to identify talent and give them confidence to make the most important step of a young aspiring players footballing career. Not only an absolute force and leader in the heart of our defence, Nick also applies himself throughout the club. He's been working hard as our MiniRoos coordinator for several years now and the amount of passionate young kids coming through shows he's doing a fine job. With a dislocated shoulder and bruised ribs, Nicko played through both the Semi and Grand final and lead the boys to victory. What a fine Breaker indeed! Welcome Back again Nicko

06.01.2022 2021 Elliott's Guitars First Grade Men Signing Joel "The Goaly" Lockard, what a keeper to have behind your team. When our defence does eventually get penetrated, Joel is always there as the last line. Pulling off some outstanding saves over the years in the Breakers goal, many couldn't believe his double save in this years semi final. With a lot of supporters rating it as the best save they've seen at any level. Joely also puts a lot back into the club doing such things as coaching junior team’s and running goal keeper sessions as he is a qualified Keeper coach. The Breakers faithfull can look forward to Joely displaying his class and commitment in the Breakers Goal again

03.01.2022 2021 Elliott's Guitars First Grade Men Signing Matty "Jonesy" Jones, had a break out season in 2020. Jonesy always had the potential and he finally showed it this year. Possessing a freakish engine and a new found discipline to hold the central midfield position Jonesy impressed this season. His ability to win the ball in midfield and distribute, is a valuable asset to the team. We look forward to Jonesy pushing his ceiling even higher next season.
