08.01.2022 Today was about having fun, hanging out away from our workout zone & for some of us getting out of our comfort zone. The water was warm (not lying), we all had many laughs & are totally exhausted!! The BEST day... just ask anyone that came. I love the friendships & comraderie we have at Gerringong Fitness, there was so much cheering & encouragement A huge thank you to @gerroasurfschool, I’d highly recommend this anyone ...
