22.01.2022 FATHER’S DAY We are FULLY BOOKED for Father’s Day lunch. We can not accept any guests, other than those that already have a booking. We apologise, however due to our COVID restrictions, we have limited capacity and have already reached our maximum capacity. ... We still have bookings available for Saturday lunch and dinner, and dinner on Sunday evening as well. Please call the Brasserie on 4234 0044 to book. Hopefully the weekend weather looks a bit like this!

22.01.2022 Further to yesterday’s update: In a bid to encourage social distancing, we have removed furniture to ensure that tables are 1.5m apart. Following further advice from Clubs NSW, the 100 person limit now applies to each separate enclosed room of the club. Therefore we are permitted to have 100 patrons in the main club area, and 100 in the function room. ... Members and guests are strongly advised to book seats by calling 4234 0044. We have removed self-serve utensils and condiments, and have implemented paper menus, which are to be discarded (in the recycling of course!) after each use. This weekend we will be trialling two sittings for weekend lunch and dinner services. There will be two sitting times - 5:30pm-7:00pm and another sitting at 7:00pm. If you are booked in the first sitting, we ask that you vacate the club by 7:00pm to ensure we can sanitise each table prior to the next sitting. Patrons MUST remain in their designated area, unless exiting the venue. This is a fluid situation, we will keep you as updated as possible. Please be kind to each other, and our staff while we are all doing the best we can during these tricky times. Keep supporting your clubs, pubs and restaurants! 20.01.2022 Following further clarification from NSW Health and Clubs NSW, our Club is NOT included in the reinstated restrictuons at this time. We are still allowed to have one person per 2 square metres, with no cap on total numbers. We will keep you updated if any changes occur. We would like to request that if you have been in any hotspot areas in the past 14 days, you do not attend our club.

17.01.2022 We would like to remind all our patrons that from tomorrow, 1st January, ALL patrons must use the Service NSW QR Code to check in to our club. This is not a club rule, but a mandate from NSW Government. You can ask our friendly door staff for help at any time. You can add dependants (children and your guests that can not check in themselves) to your check in. We would like to take this opportunity to thank all of our members, visitors, staff and directors for your support in what has been a challenging year. 15.01.2022 As you have all probably heard, Clubs now have restrictions reimposed on them. This may be long, but please read the guidelines. Please remember, these are not GBFC imposed rules, but Public Health orders imposed by the NSW Government. By entering the Club, you are agreeing to the following conditions of entry. NO BOOKINGS LARGER THAN 10 PEOPLE. Please do not ask our staff to bend the rules for you. ... OUR MAXIMUM CAPACITY IS 300. No exceptions BOOKINGS WILL BE ESSENTIAL. Particularly for weekends. Even if you want to come and have a drink, make a booking. ALL PATRONS MUST REMAIN SEATED. Unless you are ordering drinks, food, proceeding to the gaming area, or using bathroom facilities, you MUST remain seated at your table. ENSURE SOCIAL DISTANCING AND HYGIENE. There are markers within the Club, to help you follow Social Distancing Guidelines. There are also hand sanitiser dispensers around the Club. Please make use of these. If you need to sneeze or cough, please do so into the crook of your elbow. YOU MUST PROVIDE CONTACT DETAILS. Upon entry, you will need to sign in with ID, and your phone number will be recorded. This information is retained for 28 days, in accordance with NSW Health regulations. ALL FURNITURE HAS BEEN PLACED TO ENFORCE SOCIAL DISTANCING. Please do not move any tables/chairs, as this will be a breach of Social Distancing requirements. Bookings of 7-10 people will be seated on two tables next to each other. DO NOT ATTEND THE VENUE IF - You have recently been in Victoria, or any other known hotspot areas - Have recently been in contact with a confirmed COVID-19 case - You are feeling unwell, or have any cold/flu like symptoms. As per our previous protocols, we will continue to sanitise the venue, particularly high frequency touch points regularly. We have had many members and guests commend us on our high frequency sanitation, to provide a safe environment for our members and guests. We want to provide a safe environment for our patrons, but also our staff. Please follow the directions of staff, and treat them with kindness and respect. 15.01.2022 A message to all our wonderful patrons during COVID-19. We would like to assure all of our members and guests that we are doing everything we can to keep our little club as safe as possible during this time. We are sanitising all hard surfaces (handrails, door handles, tables etc) multiple times a day. ... We have installed extra hand sanitiser dispensers in the club for the use of our patrons. All staff have been briefed regarding extra personal hygiene, hand washing techniques and sanitation of preparation areas Staff have been advised not to attend the club if they are feeling unwell, or have a fever. We ask that our patrons observe the same rules. Most importantly, we have toilet paper We will be complying with new restrictions imposed by the Government this morning. This means that we can only have 100 people I. The club at ANY time. Please co-operate with staff regarding these new measures. We understand this is a frustrating time for all. As of today, Wednesday 18th March, in a bid to minimise contact and practise social distancing, we would prefer EFTPOS transactions. This is a temporary measure to protect our staff, and our patrons from handling cash, and the possible risk that carries. This year, all proceeds will be donated to Gerringong Junior Lions Rugby League Football Club and Gerringong Netball Club. ... We have some amazing memorabilia items up for auction (pictured) - sports, music & history - some signed, all framed. There will be over $1000 worth of raffle prizes to be won on the night as well. We will be visited by our Disney Character friends, Mickey & Minnie Mouse, Yogi Bear, Pluto, Scooby Doo and many more. We’d love for the little ones to dress up as their favourite characters and join in the fun. We’d love to see see you all here, and help to support the future of sport in our great community.

13.01.2022 Christmas Trading Hours We are open every day, except for Christmas Day. The Club is open daily from 10:00am.... The Seahorse Brasserie is open 7 days for lunch and dinner. Lunch service is 12:00-2:30pm, dinner service is 5:30-8:00pm. Please call 4234 0044 to make a reservation. With the recent relaxation of COVID restrictions, thankfully we can allow more people into our beautiful Club, however we are still not "back to normal". 08.01.2022 FRIDAY 5th JUNE - WE’RE BACK! We are so happy to let you all know that we will be reopening next Friday, 5th June. There will be some changes for a little while, keeping in line with Government imposed restrictions. We will keep you updated, and adjust accordingly.... For now, some of the new changes will be: A limit of 50 patrons in the main Club auditorium, and 50 patrons in the Panorama Room at ANY time. Bookings will be given priority. Phone 4234 0044 for bookings. TWO sittings for weekend (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) Bistro service. For lunch, times will be 11:30am-1:15pm, then 1:30pm-4:30pm. Dinner sittings will be 5:00pm-6:30pm, and 6:45pm onwards. We ask that you vacate your table at the allocated times, to allow staff to sanitise and reset for the next sitting. Weekdays will remain open (12:00-2:30 lunch, 5:30-8:00pm dinner) with no sittings imposed yet As a condition of entry, your phone number will be recorded in accordance with our Privacy regulations, in the event of a confirmed case to be passed on to NSW health. We have installed new sanitiser stations around the club, we encourage you to utilise these. There will be no self serve cutlery and condiment stations Furniture has been moved to allow 1.5m between tables, and chairs at each table. We ask that you respect social distancing, and do not move the furniture. For now, there will be no raffles or live entertainment Please follow instruction signage within the club, and directions from staff. We are learning to make things work during these challenging times, your patience and understanding is greatly appreciated. We will keep you updated of any changes as soon as we can. For QR registration - Scan our code located at the front door, using your smart phone. For iPhone users, simply open your camera (no need to take a photo), tap the web link, and enter your name and phone number. For android users, open a QR reader app, and follow the steps above. Please show front door staff when you have completed this. On your next visit, simply scan the QR code, and click Check In, your details will already be saved. For digital sign in Place your photo ID in the scanner, enter your phone number on the screen, collect your ticket. We are hoping that a lot of people will use the contactless QR sign in. 03.01.2022 We have been working hard to get ready for reopening tomorrow! Thank you to our team of wonderful staff for your hard work behind the scenes. As you can see, we have had to remove lots of furniture to be able to abide by social distancing laws. Most tables will only have 4 seats per table. If your party is larger than 4, you will be seated on 2 tables next to each other. Please do not move chairs amongst the tables. This also means that we have less window tables available. ...Luckily, this awesome view can be seen from the whole Club! Please remember these are not our rules, but guidelines set by the NSW Government that we must adhere to. Bookings are essential for the time being. Please phone 4234 0044 to make a reservation. Remember our 2 sitting policy for weekend meal service. If you are booked in the first sitting, please vacate your table by the allocated time to allow proper sanitation of surfaces to occur. Please follow markings and signage around the club regarding entry and exit points, waiting spaces etc. We appreciate your patience, understanding and co-operation during this time.
