13.01.2022 Stretches are extremely important and need to be performed daily. Each stretch should be held for a minimum of 30 seconds to allow the relevant muscles to actually relax. The stretch should be performed again and you will find that you can stretch a little further than before. Do NOT bounce as you perform the stretches as you risk injury!
