17.01.2022 Sad News Warning: For those who are unaware, I am about to go away for 6 months with the Army. In order to get in as much family time before I leave next week will be Get-fit Bootcamps LAST WEEK in operation. I would like to refer everyone to a great organization and a great group of trainers in Gawer just 10mins down the road.... https://m.facebook.com/guerrillafightclub/ Dont be intimidated by the name, they are much more then just a fight club. Conducting HIIT and functional strength training, as well as female only classes, and of course Muay Thai if you would like to fight. They have fitness options mornings and night Mon-Sat. Classes are very affordable with even better membership deals. They also have a big group of trainers available for personal training. Classes offer a free first session to try it out, so you have nothing to lose in trying them out! Trust me you will LOVE IT! Any questions feel free to message them.
