19.01.2022 S E P T E M B E R U P D A T E Zoom class schedule beginning from Monday 14th Monday: 4pm... Tuesday: 6am & 9am Thursday: 6am & 5pm Friday 9am & 5pm All classes will run for 45 minutes. All exercises will be body weight with weighted options for those who have equipment. Zoom classes will need to be booked through me the night before (6am class) by 9pm, and an hour before the day classes. Zoom classes will cost $10 per person Let me know if these days and times suit and comment which ones you’ll be coming too! Extra information: - Zoom is best set up on your laptop or iPad so you can still play music through your phone.

14.01.2022 Hey everyone, as group fitness is back next week (woohoo) I’m going to cancel the Thursday and Friday soon sessions. I’m having difficulty with internet connection and the sessions timing out so I’ve decided it’s best to leave them for now, and wait until next week when we’re back to normal(ish) if you’ve paid in advance I can either refund you or you can use it towards class next week!

A lower body and core focused circuit incorporating HIIT style training. This is a great way to spend time with those around you while becoming stronger. These workouts are challenging and a whole load a fun! 02.01.2022 Hey everyone Since gyms aren’t set to open until possibly November () and outdoor exercise is limited to 1:2 I’ve decided to run some zoom classes for September through to November. I’ve been participating in workouts on zoom almost everyday and I’ve never felt more motivated!... If you feel like you’re missing out on that team environment, lacking motivation or wanting to try something new... I’m here for you! I’m looking at running 2-3 sessions a week (dependant on numbers).... if you’re keen please send me a message or comment below! Believe me, the workouts are just as challenging, and doing something is always better then doing nothing! Looking to start next week so let me know what days and times suit
