24.01.2022 New class alert! Starting May we are giving you more classes to come get low with us. And being the legends we are we’ve decided to make next weeks new classes FREE. We are either super nice or super crazy! Either way, mark these dates down and get booking. Sunday mornings 8,9,10am with Jamee Tuesday mornings 10:30am and 12:15pm with Karen Friday mornings 10:30am and 12:15pm with Karen

22.01.2022 Meet Emily Sugar and spice and everything nice! This superstar will get you in with her welcoming and warm vibe but will have you coming back for her super spicy classes. You can catch Em every Thursday AM. Here’s a few fun facts about Em- 1) What is your favourite Pilates exercise? ... I love a good pilates burpee, you can be super versatile with how you teach it and can add on plenty of layers to increase the intensity. 2) What is your favourite song to workout to? Anything with a really good beat, but I am also a sucker for a good sing along. Something like GIMME! GIMME! GIMME! ABBA remix by Gamper & Dadoni. 3) What is your favourite activewear? I can’t go passed a pair of high waisted pants - no one likes a band that digs in to your sides. 4) If you weren't a pilates instructor what would you be? Something in the food space; maybe a food photographer or recipe developer.



06.01.2022 Meet Adriana our smiling assassin and one of our OG instructors. She’s got one hell of a rep at our studio for bringing some serious heat to her classes. You can catch her on Monday and Wednesday evenings. But be sure to bring your sweat towel. Squats to skaters (great booty burn) and rows using the stick (so much fun!).... 2) What is your favourite song to workout to? It’s the perfect way to level up your weekly exercise routine. You can find this class on the scheduler very Thursday night 6 and 7pm with our resident fitspo @pilates.byandrea.. We recommend booking in advance, last time this was on our schedule it went nuts
