21.01.2022 My client - Femmy Ayegun at her 2nd Powerlifitng Australia Competition last weekend pulled an unofficial Masters 2 World Record Deadlift - Triple bodyweight! I've been working with Femmy since her first comp only 7 weeks ago. At that comp she hit a 100kg squat, 70kg bench, 137.5kg deadlift for a total of 307.5kg. Last Friday she hit 102.5 / 70 / 150 for a total 322.5 - a massive 15kg overall increase. And there's plenty more to come from this talented lifter.
