23.01.2022 Rainy weather afternoon baking! How are we all surviving this drizzly weather? Not to mention, school holidays... Are you climbing the walls yet? Testing a new recipe: Cream Cheese filled Banana Bundt I made a half batch bundt today just to try this little idea. It definitely needs some tweaks but I really love the idea of it! We have a cream cheese filling stuffed inside a delicious sweet banana cake. I absolutely love surprise filling bundts, and prefer it to a cream c...heese frosting on top. I have a little cinnamon and spice in the banana cake as it adds a depth to the flavour and suits this cooling weather perfectly. Stay tuned to the new recipe alert when I finish playing with the balance. It has to be just right!
