25.01.2022 How do we do this you ask....? We test different aspects of FITNESS and then program accordingly.. STRENGTH... 1RM SQUAT BENCH DEADLIFT MUSCLE ENDURANCE WORK CAPCITY 50 REPS BURPEE PUSH UP SIT UP SQUAT CHIN UP MAX AEROBIC SPEED (CARDIOVASCULAR CAPACITY) 1KM - RUN 1KM - ROWER 3KM - BIKE We then use these and have clients *Lift at a % of there MAX *Run at % of there MAS *Pace high rep workouts so they complete them in the most efficient manner. We take the guess work out of your workout.

Want Balance between Conditioning and Strength?..... Do 3 Conditioning and 3 Strength. How about just Strength .... Then do 4 Strength sessions. Tailor your training for what you want to achieve.

06.01.2022 Monday 26th - 1km Rower for Time This week we will finding out our clients MAX AEROBIC SPEED with a 1km Row (Monday), 1km Run (Wedneaday) and 3km Bike (Friday). Why do we do this? ... We use the findings to customise our clients workouts. All our workouts are designed with a purpose in mind. We are able to do this by manipulating the WORKING TIME and the INTENSITY By knowing our clients MAX AEROBIC SPEED we can control the INTENSITY and guarantee what result we are trying to achieve in the training session. FIT BY DESIGN NOT BY CHANCE

05.01.2022 GET FITTER is one of our conditioning sessions. The get fitter sessions is our non-weighted conditioning session. We undulate between HIGH INTENSITY - SHORT INTERVALS (anaerobic lactic) and LOWER INTENSITY - LONG INTERVALS (aerobic) so that we are training through all the body's energy systems and are not just one dimensional with our fitness. Why do we have a non-weighted conditioning session?..... ... It means we can focus on the out come of the session without exercise technique being the limiting factor.

I would like assure our members that Get Fit is still adhering to our strict COVID-19 safe plan in accordance to the Queensland Government guidelines. We will still be providing hand sanitiser, cleaning all equipment after use and keeping with the 4sqm rule between people while training. ... I would also want to say a MASSIVE THANK YOU to all Get Fit Members for being so understanding during this trying time.

Get Faster is our weighted conditioning workout. We use bodyweight, dumbbells and kettlebells and focus on your work capacity (or the ability to complete tasks). When you put this all together you get all the tools you need to become the fittest version of yourself.
