21.01.2022 On the eve of our 14 day fat flush system to prepare for the Christmas break i thought i would reveal some of the names of the workouts we'll be doing!!.. Here's a few names to give you a taste of what to look forward to, or what you're missing out on!! RUDOLPH'S REVENGE!... SAVE CHRISTMAS DAY! RIDING SANTAS SLEIGH! just a few sounds like fun right!? 17.01.2022 Hang in there yall!!... i found this bird doing chin ups this morning found it inspiring! can't believe he posed for me :P one week to go of the 14 Day Fat Flush System!... Here's a workout to keep you all busy until Monday! Get to a park or oval IF YOU CAN if not anywhere is fine! Walk 3 minutes Then... 10 Squats, 3 Push-ups 20 Squats, 3 Push-Ups 30 Squats, 3 Push-Ups 40 Squats, 3 Push-Ups Walk 3 Minutes. RUN! for 10 Minutes!!... Then... Walk it off and ENJOY YOUR WEEKEND :)

12.01.2022 2 sessions down in the Fat Furnace system! The fat melting sessions have been pretty extreme but everyone pushing through like champions. This is a reflection of the hard work being put in! Was 690 on the hour but the lady forgot to stop it! 700 calories in one hour!!! Yewwww \m/ Anyone is welcome to join us at the 1000 stairs tonight at 6:00 pm!!
11.01.2022 We have some mid-way results that are fantastic! One ofout 14 Day Fat Furnace members Tracey has weighed in 2.4kg under last week and 2cm around the waist! After following the meal plan provided for 7 days and 3 of the prescribed workouts ... (actually Tracey had to work for one so ONLY TWO!;) i would say thats a pretty exciting result! For anyone interested the average prescribed carb in take over the 7 days is 139.5g - certainly not a low carb diet! Just a well balanced meal plan designed with appropriate portion sizes! With the absolute essential element added of IT BEING FOLLOWED!! Well done Tracey! :D
