16.01.2022 Last week I had a day of feeling sorry for myself. But it's ok to have bad days & to be honest with the people you care about when your having them. So I did that. I told my community I needed a day off, I sat on the couch (All Day). I laughed & I cried alot. What makes me grateful is the amount of support I had from everyone that day. No one judged me. 13.01.2022 Getting uncomfortable and pushing some boundaries is paying off! Few weeks ago my Sprints felt uncomfortable, My strides felt terrible , short & heavy. Today they felt much better, longer, strong and powerful.... safe to say im already sore so I'm sure ill be regretting it tomorrow . 11.01.2022 Gotta love a Heavy Swing. 32KG with Ease . Perfect the Hinge , perfect the Drive, perfect the Lock and brace that core. Swings shouldn't be light, you shouldn't feel your back and they should be smooth & light at the to of the movement. 7 Years ago I became a Kettlebell coach because this piece of equipment is so versatile and you can do EVERYTHING with them.

What's good, what's bad, what you should avoid and what time you should have things, fade diet etc. Alot of this is because we put our trust into Idols, Celebrities, influencers, trainers and just get feed BULL SHIT! A relationship with food should be based on what give us the energy to move, think and live because Food is Fuel. If you need help making better choices SEE A PROFESSIONAL! Like @a_blissful_balance . 08.01.2022 As the days slip away, the boredom grows and the anxious overthinking might kick in every now and than a few things i am grateful for during Covid 2.0. I get to wake up next to my husband & enjoy a big snuggle before getting up and taking my morning Zoom sessions. I get to have breakfast lunch & dinner with him. Quality time we have NEVER had in our relationship apart from when we have travelled together. Since working in a gym from 18 years old it was night shifts, split ...shifts from day 1. Now running my own gym its 4 30am wake ups and I usually don't walk back in the door till atleast 8.30pm most nights. I don't complain because I LOVE my job but I do enjoy the simple thing like having a meal together. So just remember while this isn't the best situation, make the most of the situation. Xx

06.01.2022 Two Years ago we were coming to the end of our WA Trip & ticked off Matts bucket list of a Helifish. It was a magical day!! A Helicopter ride to a cut off channel in the middle of nowhere filled with Barra BUT you had to stay pretty alert as you were surrounded by Saltwater Crocodiles & deadly snakes. This trip was my game changer, it was exactly what i needed to come back to reality refocussed and recharged. I wasn't in a good way before we left, my mental health was at... an all time low and this trip was a great time away to refocus on myself, my relationship(s), my purpose. What I would do to be back in WA! And having that killer tan

06.01.2022 My body definitely doesn't recover like it use to when I was younger and im finding I am getting more stiffness and aching joints. during Covid I added more movement exercise into my training and I was feeling a million bucks especially as I was doing 2-3 Virtuals daily. It also gave me a sense of calm in such a mentally challenging time. Now Back I the gym and finding my own routine again its time to get back into some flex and flow sessions and I cannot wait to start Yoga classes also! look after your mind. your body & your soul.

04.01.2022 What a tribe this morning . I still can't believe this is ALL MINE @movestrongfitnessfactory I can't describe the feeling! I feel so alive. I am giving 110% effort in every session and I haven't felt this good about myself as a coach in years. My aim was to always build a strong community of people who bring out the best in each other and so far we have done just that!
