03.01.2022 Have your tried Gem-squash? Gem squash is low in Saturated Fat and Sodium, and very low in Cholesterol. To cook : cut in half, scrape the seeds and season of your choice. I chose to use salt, pepper and Moroccan spice then drizzle with olive oil and bake for 45 minutes @ 180 degrees ... Fantastic veg to use with roast, or just as a delicious side Gem-squash is stocked in store right next to the pumpkin family why not try it for your next dinner
