13.01.2022 Planning is a must. The occurrence of the global pandemic has been a wake-up call for everyone. The reality is, no one was prepared to handle the challenges that came along with COVID-19. However, a culture of resiliency would’ve allowed organisations to thrive despite the pandemic.
