25.01.2022 Painted the tiles in this rental property a couple of years ago, currently between tenants and there were a some scratches in the showers so have touched up and then repainted the shower tiles. Seems to have worn fairly well.

21.01.2022 Put cover strips on frayed carpet edges.

21.01.2022 Had a few finishing touches for these 3 units before they were rented. Door seals, towel rails etc and some timber support under the overhanging floating floor. The garden beds needed weeding as well.

21.01.2022 Just been working on turning this new front yard into something.

20.01.2022 Gave the walls of this unit a couple of coats of Antique White USA. A big change from the previous shade of yellow.

19.01.2022 A few more jobs to get those units finished, replace cement sheet in eaves where plumber had had to cut it. repair rafters where electrician had cut through them and fill where concrete path had been removed.

12.01.2022 Had to replace this fence post that had rotted off at ground level and straighten up the fence.

08.01.2022 Once again I've been slack in posting updates for jobs that I've done. So now it's time to catch up. In no particular order. Put these Split Bamboo panels on the fence around an entertaining area that is being built.

08.01.2022 Levelled out the bumps in this paving caused by tree roots and reinforced the bottom of the fence as soil has been raised on the other side

07.01.2022 Quick job today putting in this letterbox

04.01.2022 Put a brace on the fence to stop this gate from jamming and put new rollers on these shed doors.

04.01.2022 Interesting job installing this water filter and tap. Bit of mucking around involved as the inlet and outlet tubes supplied were not the right size for standard fittings. But came up alright in the end.

04.01.2022 Put a cement sheet lining under this terrace roof

03.01.2022 Replaced this toilet cistern because it was cheaper than the flush mechanism.

03.01.2022 Just needed to give this place a fresh coat of paint (and an updated colour) before the new owner moved in.
