06.01.2022 Today's very useful tip. I did this, when I felt a weak moment coming on I would go to the cupboard or fridge & look. Anyone else do that? When there was nothing I would go to the fruit bowl & eat an apple. When that did the trick my body realized that was a good move & will power not needed any more.
