25.01.2022 It was with great pleasure to be a part of Elaines print exchange. Pandemic Print Exchange explores the experiences of 34 artists during the pandemic, with themes ranging from isolation, uncertainty, fear, grief and hope. The PPE provided participants an opportunity to connect with others during isolation, to creatively express their feelings, and improve well-being. The project is inclusive, and brings together artists living with a disability, across cultures, and artists ...practising at different stages in their career. The participants actively engaged with each other through social media, fostering relationships between regional, interstate, metropolitan and international artists. https://www.elainecamlin.com/digital-exhibition

13.01.2022 Help. I am having trouble deciding. My three little pups. I wanted to create the ‘vintage’ effect. You know that lovely old school printed effect, out of register, but in register. Paper slightly warmed with age. Or, is the three little trouble makers better on the warm white paper only? What is your preference, what should go up on Etsy? ... I’d love to hear your thoughts. And complicates the thinking process. 2020 now that’s pressure! So here I am turning a new leaf. Adjusting the pressure settings on Elvis my black beast - the press. And squashing the shit out of some damp paper over a patterned block of some leaves. Boom! Solution! Complete. Hope you like it.
