08.01.2022 Eating heavy and lifting heavy ,todays workout , weighted dips and pushups with the 10 kilo backpack . 5x 2 of each exersise , 4sets (2 of each ) is a superset . Dropset the same exersise (ie do 2 sets of dips and then 2sets of push ups) for best intensity. 5 supersets (20sets in all)

04.01.2022 Found some gold today , two bodywieght and dumbell workouts ,both Writen on a single envelope , one 90 minutes to complete, One 23sets. These were based in stamina ,flexibility amd building muscle before I ever joined the gym or started incorperating pullups and dips in the park. These dick pics are from that time 3years ago.
