24.01.2022 PUMPED UP TOMORROW MORNING 6 AM AT THE CLUB. IT FEELS LIKE AGES SINCE WE HAVE DONE A MORNING SESSION. WRAP UP!!!!! This page Get KANED is nearly coming to an end. I have decided to shut it down and start from scratch under a new name. Shit happens, life can be so fucking hard, mean and nasty at times but it's how you deal with the shit that's thrown at you. Does it make you stronger???? Only time will tell. This is how I am dealing with my SHITE!!!!!! Sooo stayed tuned and let's see what happens.

19.01.2022 Last 2 classes of the week tomorrow. Step N Lift 6 am at the club and Boxercise 6 pm in Killarney. :) I hope to be back Tuesday evening for class. I will keep you posted. Im off this weekend on a course.Something completely different. I have been wanting to find something that's a lot of fun but you are working out at the same time. Heres hoping this is the one. Only time will tell. :)

11.01.2022 MetaPWR 6.30 am at the club. It's a new one called DEEP WATER. Some new moves. :) Killarney you can have the same on Sunday at 4 pm. :) I honestly thought 2017 was going to be a great year for me, it was going to be my year with no shit, no sadness, you know just getting up each morning, doing my thing and going home feeling content in that I achieved something good and worthwhile.Sadly that hasn't been the case. This is my last post as Get KANED. I was hoping we would hit th...e 4 year mark but thats not going to happen. When I look at how far we have come and how much we have achieved it's kind of fucking amazing. I built this little business from scratch, all on my own. I studied hard, trained hard and then when I had the courage, asked some of you to join in on my journey. A lot of you are still with me. :) Thank you for believing in me, trusting me and putting up with me. You will never know how grateful I am. xxxxxxxxx Seeing as this is my last post I am going to give you an insight into what I have learned these past years. There are a lot of haters, begrudgers, you know people who don't like you for what you are doing. All I can say to them is go concentrate on your own lives. I guarantee you will feel better for it. There are people who spread gossip, think they know you but they don't. Get to know someone before you judge them. I was brought up by 2 great people, my mum and dad and to this day, they still watch my back. They taught me good morals. You know treat people how you would like to be treated, please and thank you, ask people how they are, offer help to those in need.I think they have done a bloody good job. This is why I do what I do and why I love doing what I do. This is what I have passed onto my kids. There is so much hate in the world today. People say all they want is to be happy. What is happiness? Is it money in your bank account? The big house? The flash car? Who knows. For me its my kids being happy. Its carrying on doing what I love and hopefully doing a good job at it. Sooo I could go on and on but does anyone really care? I am going to finsih off by saying If you are not happy with you, go change it. It's never to late to follow a dream. Life really is gone in the blink of an eye so go fucking live it. Signing off as Get KANED. Anne x

10.01.2022 A challenge or task or whatever for you over the next few days. Tomorrow. TABATA. BODY WEIGHT. 20 secs on 10 secs off 8 times each exercise. 20 secs rest between each set. FLOOR TO SKIES SQUAT JUMP TO BURPEE... MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS WALK OUT PUSH UPS. It should take you 20 mins or so. Rest Sunday. Monday. Barbell complex combination. 1 to 8 and then back down. Less rest is best. DEADLIFT BENT OVER ROW CLEAN AND PRESS PUSH PRESS SQUAT. REMEMBER TO WARM UP BEFORE AND STRETCH AFTERWARDS. Have a great weekend. See you Tuesday 6 pm at Slade for TABATA. :)
