22.01.2022 Last weekend amidst all the bushfires I officiated at Adrian and Melissa's wedding at Noosa North Shore. The bride and groom made the best entrances. Adrian and the boys roared in on motorbikes to the beats of Sail by AWOLNATION, Melissa then rode in on a tractor complete with trailer and hay bales to the tunes of 'She thinks my Tractors Sexy' by Kenny Chesney. I could not smile big enough! So different and really was a great way of showing their individual personalities on the day where they join together in marriage. So awesome!

22.01.2022 An intimate wedding this morning for William and Katelyn. I'm so thankful that I can be a part of so many special moments in people's lives. This couple were no different. What started with a commitment ceremony evolved into a legally binding wedding ceremony. So special. I received this gorgeous gift which was very unexpected and although totally unnecessary, so very gratefully appreciated. Congratulations Mr and Mrs Reardon!

Bonnita looked radiant with pops of colour in her accessories and shoes which truly reflected her personality and Joshua was very dapper in his Navy suit.. such a stylish couple The very talented Jan from Branch and Blossom coordinated the day and made the ceremony area look absolutely beautiful! I've one more wedding for 2019, then a break until January when I kick off again :)

14.01.2022 Last weekend I got to witness and share in the wedding ceremony of Leigh and Chris. I cannot explain the joy and sense of awe I get from playing a part in such a momentous day in a couples lives. This is only multiplied to the extreme when I'm engaged to conduct a ceremony for a beautiful soul who I first met as a child in primary school. It was a picture perfect afternoon for a beautiful pairing of melded hearts. ... 09.01.2022 Love was definitely in the air this weekend! 3 weddings down and all were so incredible in their own rights. I kicked off with a beautiful ceremony at Gunabul Homestead - big congratulations to Geoffrey and Joyce. You are both such special people and although you almost had me in tears during your vows, your happiness and love was so apparent. I wish you both the best in your new future as husband and wife x I also had a surprise wedding late yesterday! I absolutely LOVE sur...prises! Tayler and Tanner were hosting an 'engagement' party which quickly turned to their wedding day! The faces on the guests was absolutely priceless! I did see a few tears amongst the guests - just such a special way to celebrate their love and commitment to each other in front of those who are nearest and dearest Todays wedding although didn't go quite to plan was equally as beautiful and had me misting in my eyes again. Tim and Amy triumphed through so many obstacles today with a storm hitting when their beach ceremony was due to begin, then freezing rain tinged gale force winds did their best to hinder our efforts to get this pair wed. Not today mother nature!! We adjourned to their initial and they shared their vows and made a solid commitment to each other for life. A gorgeous couple who 'just are' when together and their love poured in abundance this afternoon. You could see when they stood together hand in hand after the trials of the afternoon how they are each others rocks and centre. It was beautiful! For now that is me I have been flat out in the last few weeks with weddings and prepping for upcoming ceremonies. I really do love doing this, seeing couples look in each others eyes and finding their home. Have a great remaining long weekend. x See more

06.01.2022 My heart is just repeatedly breaking daily with the country on fire at the moment. So much loss and despair it's crushing. I need to be able to do something to help. Those who know me, know I'm an avid animal lover and the injured and displaced wildlife need our help so badly right now. For this reason, I commit to donating 100% of my fees ($500 for a wedding ceremony in Gympie) for the next couple from today, to book a wedding ceremony with me and pay in full by the end o...f January. I know its not much, but I think if we can all do what we can with what we can and what we have we can make a difference in at LEAST one life. I humbly ask that everyone shares this post, not for my benefit, but so we can help these poor should.
