01.01.2022 Hi lovelies, PLEASE READ!!! I'm back!! 1. NO KIDDIES or spectators. The salon has room for me and for you, and is also full of chemicals and pretty things for kids to play with. It's just not a safe place for our babes. (on top of this it is now a Covid requirement to permit only ONE person in the salon with me - so I will have no choice than to deny entry)... 2. If you are going to be late for any reason please send through a quick message to let me know.. things happen, I understand this... but if not booked directly after someone else I am generally always sitting waiting for you 10-15minutes earlier than your appointment... when your late that's half an hour that certainly could have been put to better use I have a 15 minute cut off time.. If you are going to be more than 15 minutes late you will have to reschedule... I will not rush a service to be finished in time.. I pride myself on the quality of my work, and refuse to cram people in and jepordise this standard. (On the same note be mindful your appointment can take anywhere from an hour to 2 and a half hours - dont book for 10 if you need to be somewhere else at 11) 3. If you need to reschedule for any reason please please give at least 24 hours notice.. last minute reschedules do not give me the time to organise someone else from the waiting list to replace you... I am having to say no to quite a few lovely ladies as it's just not humanly possible to fit them in. Cancellations less than 24 hours will require a 50% cancellation fee, less than 12 hours 100% cancellation fee. (Remember if your sick please STAY HOME!!) 4. NO SHOWS WILL NOT BE TOLERATED!! Any no shows will be expected to pay for the service they did not show to before a new booking will be considered.
