While we’re limited to our 5km bubble, One thing Coronavirus has reinforced is that there is beauty all around us - you just have to stop and look hard enough. Call out to the botanical crew... 20.01.2022 It’s World Wellness Weekend and reading the focus of what it’s all about earlier this week was a real wake up call for me to take better care of myself (especially on lockdown). I’m normally pretty active cycling everyday, gym and hiking all weekend. All of those activities have been modified or even stopped due to the impacts of COVID. As a result my sleep hasn’t been great for months, I’ve relied a bit too much on UberEats, my physical activity and movement is literally r...estricted to daily time slots and I’ve found it hard to disconnect as the working hours/days/weeks melt together.
