04.01.2022 Hi Shadow Shoppers! Sadly, GPTS has closed down permanently (thank you ATO!), but I have really good news about a new way to make money. To tell the truth I am making more money from using this strategy than I ever did from GPTS, and I’ve gone from 70-hour weeks to 1-hour weeks which is much more relaxing! 03.01.2022 SCAM ALERT! Ding dong - it’s NOT Shadow Shopper! We are getting reports of a company using our name arranging home visits where they give a ‘presentation’. Apparently, the presentation consists of eliciting financial information from the victim, and then doing a hard sell on financial products. The company claims that they are working for ASIC. We have contacted ASIC and we are waiting for them to investigate from their end. In the meantime, if you get phone calls from peopl...e claiming to be from Shadow Shopper and asking you to allow people into your house we recommend that you do NOT do it. It is NOT Shadow Shopper. 02.01.2022 IMPORTANT NOTICE TO ALL SHADOW SHOPPERS Shadow Shopper and Get Paid to Shop have been affected by the recent ATO changes which now require all our shoppers to have an ABN (Australian Business Number). This was a complete surprise to us as there was no warning. It came completely out of the blue. It means that we cannot continue to operate as normal, so we are winding up all current programs.
