19.01.2022 Something that we have seen far too often over the years. It’s so important to make sure your ceilings are installed correctly according to Australian standards. AND remember older ceilings will require maintenance over the years. Do not leave it until it’s too late. Insurance will not cover lack of maintenance, only failure which as mentioned is becoming an issue with ceilings done during those peak building years. If you have any of the signs mentioned make sure you get your ceilings inspected ASAP.
