22.01.2022 During these tough times, this lady thought she was entitled to not paying for extra services because "the other places does it cheaper". She tried to extort us to a discounted price after taking out extra services and threaten to not pay at all unless she gets the extra services for free. After we refused to give into her extortions, she walked off. Small businesses such as ours have been forced to shut down during the covid lock down, Christmas trading traffic is the only time of the year where we can recover some of our losses through the off-peak and lockdown. For her to do this to us during these difficult times, it's very disheartening as a small business owner. If anyone knows this lady, please encourage her to do the right thing by coming back in to pay.

08.01.2022 We are upset and disheartened that over the past week we have had these two ladies enter our salon and took up services then left without paying. 1. LADY IN THE... BLACK HAS COME IN THIS MORNING 22/3 AND PAID IN FULL. We thank her for doing the right thing. 2. Lady in the pink skirt came in to have her hands and toes buffed and polished. We painted her toes then asked her to pay first before we paint her hands to avoid damaging the paint job from reaching for her wallet in her bag after it was painted. She got out of the pedicure chair, threw the toe dividers on the floor and ran off right after we told her to pay before painting her hands. Customers who have witnessed this have commented that this young lady is known for doing this to businesses. We hope that by sharing these incidences they will stop this awful behavior and make other business owners more aware and cautious so that it does not happen to them. We will be reporting these incidents to the local police to seek assistance and stop these ladies from doing this to other businesses.
