Whether you sat on the couch and watched Netflix all day or you were productive as hell today - you are fkn killingit... You know why? Cos this is tough! No matter what your situation is, everyone is affected by this lockdown. You’re allowed to feel every damn emotion that comes your way and yes I know there’s others worse off, but your feelings matter too!! So don’t be too hard on yourself if you weren’t productive or you didn’t even get dressed today. Tomorrow is a new day Find the small things to be grateful for in each day. Some times we have to look a little harder, but they are always there. You can even try not scrolling your phone first thing and put on a 5-10 minute morning meditation to start the day off right. 04.01.2022 BANANA COOKIE You asked for the banana cookie, so here we are I made a few batches and there were 2 favs so I’ll give you both and then you can decide what you like. ... You need: 1 cup rolled oats 1/4 cup brown sugar 2/4 cup plain flour + 1 tbsp 1 heaped tbsp baking powder Cinnamon (to taste) Pinch of salt 1 egg 1 teaspoon vanilla essence 1 ripe banana 1 tbsp sugar free maple syrup 1 tsp. Coconut oil (Or dont add maple syrup and just have 2 tbsp coconut oil) 55g dark chocolate melts I literally just put it all into the bowl and mix it together at the end (lazy or smart either one ) Spoon it out onto the tray and into your preheated oven for like 10 minutes on around 160-180 degrees Thank me later for how amazing your house will smell Hope you enjoy them because Chris and I are basically banana flavored oats from all the cookies we’ve eaten in the last 5 days And I’m also quite proud of my photography skills



03.01.2022 THIS WEEKS GOALS I’m going to focus on getting my 3 litres of water daily , walking a new route each day with Iggy boy, more fruit and veg & to enjoy the sunshine because lately I haven’t been Set yourself some small goals this week. So much that’s out of our control right now so let’s focus on the next 24 hours and fill up our cup each day ... What small goals are you setting this week? See more

02.01.2022 Are you reaching your goals?? Or should I ask, are you allowing yourself enough time to see results to then achieve those goals? It’s easy to get caught up wanting fast results and being impatient when things aren’t changing fast enough.. ... You’ll be surprised what happens when you are consistent! Not jumping from thing to thing or just focusing on what’s giving you the quickest results only for you to just go back to old ways anyway If only you could just train most days, eat a balanced diet, get enough sleep and drink water ... Because it’s that simple... find something you love, do it most days and just enjoy the process and stop rushing things. You get to choose whether you continue to chase the latest diet or style of training and repeat every few weeks or fully commit to just enjoying what you’re doing knowing you are slowing chipping away at something that will stick and be 100% worth it! 7 months between videos. I could have given up when I could do 1 pull up and say it’s not working. Or I can continue to go through the motions and allow myself to see the benefits of consistency which has allowed me to reach 5-6 body weight pull-ups (plus I’m heavier this time too ) Try not to over complicate things. Break them down into days/ training sessions and just focus on those 24 hours in front of you. You will reach your goals if you keep trying.
